I'm honored

I’m not sure if I should be offended or proud of the fact that a co-worker felt that I was both mature enough to not be offended and immature enough to find this funny. Did I mention that I am the only person in the company who she felt safe sending this to?

The e-mail read:

Not at all PC, and potentially offensive....just for you!

Subject: Pharmacology

In pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and a genericname. For example, the trade name of Tylenol also has a generic nameof acetaminophen. Aleve is also called naproxen. Amoxil is alsocalled amoxicillin and Advil is also called ibuprofen. The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After carefulconsideration by a team of government experts, it recently announcedthat it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Alsoconsidered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadud, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin,Dixafix and, of course, Ibepokin.

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available inliquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beveragesuitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man toliterally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously, we can no longer callthis a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of"cocktails, "highballs," and just a good old-fashioned "stiff drink."Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of "MOUNT & DO."
